Our Story
Welcome to our little slice of coastal paradise.
We’re Mel and Nev, the owners of Cornwall Beach Stays. Long before we owned holiday lets in Cornwall, we fell in love with the county during our honeymoon in St Ives. Since then, we've spent years returning with our family and dogs, creating memories in the places we now proudly call our own.
Alongside our Cornwall properties, we also own an award-winning motorhome hire company in Bedfordshire. Customer service has always been at the heart of everything we do, and after helping thousands of guests enjoy their holidays on the road, we wanted to bring that same level of care and attention to holiday accommodation.
Our first property, Perran Beach House in Perranporth, was an instant success, leading us to expand with St Ives Beach Pad. Today, we specialise in quality accommodation within walking distance of some of Cornwall's most beautiful beaches, allowing guests to park up, relax and make the most of everything Cornwall has to offer.
Whether you're staying in Perranporth or St Ives, our aim is simple: provide outstanding customer service, beautiful accommodation and a holiday you'll want to return to year after year.

We believe a great holiday starts long before you arrive. That's why we provide detailed pre-arrival information, including parking instructions, check-in details and everything you need to know before setting off. Each property is fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped, and we've created simple video guides to help you get the most from your stay, from accessing the property to using its facilities with confidence. Need recommendations? We're always happy to share our favourite beaches, walks, restaurants and hidden gems. And if you need assistance during your stay, we're just a phone call or message away.
